See you in Tours...

And for good reason: in Tours, the Renaissance was one of the most creative ones when it comes to architecture: many monuments and private mansions show the impact of the Italian influence, in the beginning of the 16th century when King Louis XII conquered the kingdom of Naples and discovered the Renaissance Art. In Tours, the churches as well as some private mansions were built with an Italian inspiration, meanwhile in the countryside of the Loire Valley, many châteaux were being built.

The program of this exceptional anniversary includes: a Renaissance ball, heritage tours, a new sound and light show, conferences, a digital show on the banks of the Loire river, a cultural game, artistic creations... and so much more!
